Notification Canada is a free, informational website offering Canadian mortgage and land-transfer-tax calculators. This policy explains, in plain language, what happens to your information when you visit — and what doesn’t.
Information we collect
We do not collect personal information. The site has no accounts, no sign-up forms, no newsletter, and no analytics that identify you. The calculators run entirely in your browser — the figures you type stay on your device and are never sent to us or stored.
Cookies and advertising
This site is supported by advertising. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads on this site. Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and other sites on the internet. You can opt out of personalized advertising through Google Ad Settings, aboutads.info, or youradchoices.ca. Ads on this site are clearly labelled and kept separate from our content.
Hosting and server logs
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare may process standard technical request data (such as IP address, browser type, and timestamp) to deliver pages and protect against abuse. This data is not used by us to identify you.
Your rights
Under Canada’s PIPEDA and Quebec’s Law 25, you have the right to access, correct, or ask us to delete any personal information we hold about you, and to withdraw consent. Because we don’t collect personal information, there is normally nothing to access or delete — but if you have a question or request, contact us and we’ll respond.

This site is intended for a general adult audience and is not directed at children.
