This is the message we most want to receive. Every rate, threshold, and rebate on this site is checked against official federal and provincial sources, but rules change and mistakes are possible. Tell us which page the number appears on and what you believe the correct figure should be. We will check it against the official source and correct it promptly.

Questions about a calculator

If a result is confusing, or you are not sure which number belongs in which field, describe what you were trying to work out and we will help. Questions like these usually mean an explanation on the page is not clear enough — and we would rather fix the page than answer the same question twice.

Advertising and business enquiries

Use the same address for advertising, partnership, or press enquiries. We do not accept paid guest posts, sponsored links, or content written to promote a particular lender — keeping the guidance independent is the entire point of the site.

What we cannot help with

We are not a bank, a broker, or a lender. We cannot give personalized financial, mortgage, tax, or legal advice, and we cannot tell you whether you will qualify for a mortgage or what rate you will be offered. For decisions about your own situation, speak with your lender, a licensed mortgage broker, or a lawyer or notary in your province.

How quickly we reply

We aim to answer within a few business days. Reports of an incorrect published figure are treated as the priority and are usually reviewed sooner.
